Hi there, I’m Sarah

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with a degree in Exercise Science, a Minor in Nutrition and over 20 years of expertise in the health and wellness field, I have a passion for simplifying health and wellness for women and families. I am dedicated to helping individuals rebuild their health through small, manageable changes.

I know sustainable, lasting change is achieved through gradual adjustments, rather than drastic overhauls. I have personal trained, provided wellness and nutrition coaching, and taught educational seminars on various health topics and more.

And I’ve seen a great need for a simplified approach to health.

My own health and healing journey changed the trajectory of my work. When I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition called Hashimotos in 2002, I began to educate myself on what was in my environment and my food that could have impacted my own health.

It wasn’t a quick road to recovery. I worked with many different practitioners over the years and in some way, they all helped, but I believe my experience can help save you time on your journey toward optimal health.

After years of rebuilding my own health, adding in one small change at a time, my symptoms are in remission and I feel better than I have ever felt.

Rebuilding your health is a partnership, and there is no silver bullet. It takes a desire to feel more optimal, a commitment to yourself and the process. There are many pillars to your overall wellness -joyful movement, nourishing your body through whole foods, stress management, emotional and spiritual health, having meaningful relationships, purpose with passion, as well reducing your exposures to toxins that are detrimental to your health goals.

I’ve been there.

Health and wellness doesn’t have to be this complicated. I believe there is a simpler and more sustainable approach toward optimal health.

Are you tired of jumping from practitioner to practitioner and from the latest supplement craze to the next? Do you want to have your energy and vitality back and don’t know where to turn next?

I’ve been there. I know how frustrating it can be searching for answers and not getting them.

Our body is always seeking balance or homeostasis. When we give our body what it needs, it finds balance and begins to work more optimally, giving you more energy and a desire to keep going. It takes working with the right practitioner who has the right tools and skill set to determine what your unique needs are.

I take a bioindividual approach to your nutrition, lifestyle and (possible) supplement needs. My approach is always food first, but at times we need a little support for a short period of time.
